How can I become eligible under the Rewards Program?

  • Introduce us to someone we have not already spoken to. Send us his/her CV. When your referral signs the ERA Franchise Agreement, pays the whole Franchise Fee and completes the Foundational Training – you will be eligible for your Reward.

What is the value of the Rewards Program?

  • Reward is €10,000 for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at €99,900.
  • Reward is €8,500 for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at €59,900.
  • Reward is €8,000 for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at €59,900 (DACH).
  • Reward is €6,000 for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at €39,900.
  • Reward is £6,000 for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at £39,950.
  • Reward is $8,000 USD for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at $59,900 USD (USA).
  • Reward is $9,000 CAN for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at $75,000 CAN (CAN).

 

  • Reward is $7,000 USD for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at $49,900 USD (LATAM).
  • Reward is $10,000 AUD for the successful referral of a candidate who purchases an ERA Franchise at $79,500 AUD (APAC).

If I refer multiple people and they all qualify under the Rewards Program, would I be eligible to for a Reward for each eligible referral?

  • You are eligible as many times as your referral(s) qualify under the Rewards Program.


Terms & Conditions

  • Candidate referred through this program must sign an ERA Franchise Agreement in one of our areas or
    countries where ERA Global directly franchise.
  • Reward amounts and participation in the program may vary in specific countries where Master Licenses are present. Please contact the franchise sales team to inquire about eligibility prior to making the referral.
  • The relevant Reward is redeemable only after the referred candidate has signed an ERA Franchise Agreement, paid the total Franchise Fee and successfully completed the Foundational Training.
  • The referral, as part of the Rewards Program, is valid for a period of 12 months. This means, the person referred must purchase (and pay total Franchise Fee) an ERA Franchise within 12 months of the referral being made.
  • The Reward must be redeemed by a successful referrer within 12 months after the candidate has successfully completed the Foundational Training.
  • The referrer must be an ERA Franchisee. In respect of Area Developers, it is only available for candidates who purchase a Franchise outside of their AD Region.
  • The Reward (or part of) may be applied as a credit by ERA Global where a franchisee or Area Developer has outstanding fees.
